If a guy had puffy nipples, what would you think?

I would think "wow, he has puffy nipples" and then I would bite them.

No one has a perfect body. The person that you are with is probably too worried about their own imperfections to notice yours.

That he'd been getting too many nipple-twisters?

But men's nipples aren't likely going to be a huge concern to me...

I'm not sure what to think, but it would not be a huge concern with me, after all, don't you think  there's more to a man than puffy nipples? =P

He should never take off his  shirts and let it be seen. I think its ugly. Not unless he has  six pack.
