Jonny simply wasn't up to it. His decision making was poor, and as a 10 you run the show and your vision and selection of your options HAS to be spot on or you lose!

Because he played badly in the Scotland game and now England have discovered Cipriani who is going to keep Wilkinson from playing 10.

Because he is past it. He should have been dropped a long time ago but was kept in the team because of how wonderful he was in 2003. England have now finally realised that continiuing to play an under-par Wilknson stops new talent like Cipriani getting the chance to play.
