  1. A great idea for a sleepover is something I remember from when I was little.  My mom would always pull out her old makeup or go buy dollar store makeup and we would have fashion shows.  We would do up our hair and makeup and put on my moms clothes and model, so much fun!!! Another thing he loved was baking.  My mom always had us all in the kitchen making cookies for us to decorate or making cakes.  Always so much fun to do that :)   A great idea for the party, especially if its outside, would be to have an apple bob for the kids!  They would cool off and eat some fruit :)  Watermelon, corn on the cob, pasta salads...all great for a hot day without worrying about meat!  They can fill up on the good stuff and still have room for cake.  Hope the party is fun!

  2. im not so sure what to do for food but i defintly got some sleepover ideas...

    -truth or dare

-kiss the guy on the lips (similar to pin the tail on the donkey)

    -crafts r always fun

-have them make their own pizza (that wood solve the food problem)

-paint nails and do makeovers on eachother

-or just turn on some music and let them dance!

    hope this helped! :D

  3. I think you've gotten some great ideas here!

But I definitely second any make-your-own food options.  Kids of all ages love to do this.

One idea would be individual pizzas....just buy the crusts and let them add the toppings.  But this might not be good for a "cool" recipe, so another fun idea is tacos.  The only thing you heat is the meat, and you can do this up ahead of time and just zap it in a microwave.  Then set out the shells, couple kinds of cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, hot sauce, etc.

Serve with fruit salad made with whatever is on sale - most kids love fruit, especially if it has that marshmallow fluff dipping sauce (just google it - there's a ton of variations).

  4. Buy some cheap make up, and toilet paper, then get them in groups, and they have 30 minutes to make over one of the girls in the group, and make an outfit for her using only toilet paper and sticky tape!  Its so much fun! Take photos at the end as a momento too!

Maybe to eat you could have chicken wraps.  Have some fried onion, grated cheese, carrot, chicken, lettuce capsicum, and a bunch of sauces and they can make their own wrap?

  5. party food

    - sausage rolls, pork sausages, party rings, crisps, pinapple and cheese on sticks, scotch eggs, sandwidges

kids love it!! i used to always have that at my partys!!
