A quick european indian dish that i can just buy or something easy, vanilla ice cream, lemonade, pita bread and hummus is allready taken, is their any other indian foods that I can take?

Hummus is not indian.  Nor is pita bread.  Chick peas are made in a way called chana masala or chole.  The breads are called rotis.  The kind you want that resembles pita bread is called naan.

How about Raita (Indian Salads) or Lassi (Indian Smoothies)?   They are pretty easy to make.

Or you can take buy some good quality vanilla ice cream, let it melt so it's workable ---- add some chopped pistachios, a pinch of cinnamon, a pinch of nutmeg & cardamom powder.   Mix well and add back to the original container to re-freeze.
