  1. your meds aren't curing your fears, they are just helping your physical body to adjust and become more calm ie. stopping panic attacks.

the fears you must deal with on your own so they wont go away unless you work at them the meds just help your moods and the pyhsyicAL bioloogy of it. everything else must be done on your own whether through self help or congitive therapy.

and the last part of what you just said is anxiety working against you its goal is to get you to worry yo uknow and even by thinking about these things your letting that little green monster win you know

think of it liek a cigarette.

anxiety wants you to worry about this thing and go check it out. just like a nic fit wants you to smoke

your okay for a while then another worry comes in and or you want another cigarette it never goes away until you stop the addiction until you quit and say you know what your just tricking me please go away.

  2. Usually medications wont treat the problem alone. A good therapist is very good to have to help with your self esteem and having positive thoughts, and best of all they help try to figure out why you have this problem, and how to go about fixing it. Good Luck, Hope you feel better soon!
