aftre a dispute with a negbour a women walked in my back garden held me by the neck i pushed her of then a pcso calmed things down a female oficer comes into my house and says shes gonna grab me by the neck and haul me to the station as i asked under what charges she replied that she can keep me their for 3 hours without charges then she points her finger and calls me a lousey trouble maker i have never been in trouble with the police and never broken the law i am a decent living citzen im a male 17 years old can the police therten me for no reason in my own proptey as i phoned the police to make a complaint they claim that no oficer attented my address and its here in the uk can i sue her for indimdation

  1. If you think that any police officer in this country is harassing you for no apparent reason then you really need to either get their name or their number (it will be on their uniform up at their shoulder if they are unwilling to give it to you if you ask).

    Then if you give their name/number or both to your lawyer if you have one he/she will write a letter to the Chief Constable of the police force in your particular region complaning of harassment by this particular officer.

    It has happened to me in the past and after taking this course of action I received a letter of apology from the particular officers bosses and he never gave me any more problems after that. You have to show them that the uniform that they wear doesn't allow THEM to abuse the law.


  2. Man, and I thought the UK has one of the best public education systems in the world.
