  1. I would say that the bike is a little too small for you.  Unless your legs are extremely short for your height, you would probably want to be on a 56.  I am 5'6" and I comfortably ride a 54.

  2. Yes.

This bike seems to be an ideal size for you in my opinion.

I have an inside leg measurement of 31" and I can fit a frame from 50cm to 54cm, so it would appear that the fit would be suitable.

I am assuming that you would like to follow the modern trend of having some seat post exposed above the frame?

  3. Its slightly smaller than the ideal for your size.

You can alter the size to some degree by moving the seat post up and buying a longer stem to take the bars further forward.

But dont let me put you of buying it as different people like different sizes anyway.

Try it before you buy it. if it is a bike shop they should let you try and adjust it.

  4. Depending on your torso vs. leg and arm lengths, you may find it a bit small.

    I race a 54cm tri-bike, and I'm 5'9".
