Does being upside down in space have any affect of the blood rushing to your head since there is no gravitational pull?

  1. Not in the least. As you said, there is no (or at least minimal) gravity in space, so it's not pulled one way or another, it is merely pumped thru your arteries and veins. Now your veins might run into some problems if you stay there too long, as it is the force of gravity that caused the evolutionary requirement for veins to have valves so that blood doesn't travel in reverse.

    the blood is affected by the gravity when you are on earth...

    when you go upside down on earth the blood goes to your head  ( gravity power )while the heart beats is spreading it to the rest of the body.

    but, in space the blood is affected by only one power and that's the heart beats witch spreads the blood to the body equally!
