Well, I am down to two choices: Intelligence analyst for some government agency, or lawyer. I probably won't get one of those jobs, but those are the only two left at this point that I am interested in.

Pretty much the reasoning behind my decision is mostly based on last minute decisions that I really didn't expect myself to do until that moment. First, I joined the military because in my last month of high school I didn't feel like I wanted to go to college right away. Then when I was in the recruiting office I was going through their job catalog, when the recruiter suggested a job as a linguist because it had a big bonus, so I went with it. 5 years later I got out, started college, and intended to major in business. After several economics and business classes I realized that the degree was extremely boring to me. So I began to look through majors, and most would have extended my time in college. The only one I was interested in that I was still on track for was poli sci, which is now the major I'm stuck with. I figured, coupled with my 5 years of experience in military intelligence, that this degree could be put to use. Then I remembered that people who work for the govt. get paid very little, and the only way to make money with this degree is to apply to law school.

well, this is a great question. i'm currently a business owner of a local computer shop and plus i work part time in a car stereo shop.

my true calling is being a car stereo competition judge. the job doesn't pay that great, but you do travel the country seeing some of the most awesome cars ever created, and some of the craziest ideas and concepts ever to leap from paper.
