Question:

A really good digital camera?

is there a camera out there that actually takes what is there! I'm fed up with photos that are too bright or make the colours weird and make people's faces look a bit distorted (for example emphasising certain features like noses). Could someone tell me why cameras do this, and what camera i should get which doesn't!

  1. get a fuji fine pix our's is great

  2. Whatever you buy you want to focus (ha get it), sorry, FOCUS more on the lens and less on the other less relevant features. As long as the camera is above about 5 mega-pixels it is really irrelevant weather you have 5,6,7,8,9,10 or 50!!!!

Concentrate on a quality lens, whatever you budget, get a good quality lens and all will be OK. Go to a camera shop, read on-line reviews, but.....you've guessed it, get a good quality lens!!!!

    Good luck.

Another thought are you sure that it's just not that you have weird coloured friends with weird faces (and big noses)!!!!!

I should probably also say that I am very happy with my Kodak Z740, great little all round camera.

    Hope it helps!

  4. get either a Canon PowerShot a530 or a Nikon QuikPic

  5. Kodak Easyshare V610

    it is AMAZING!

  6. get tescos tekno camera worth 15 quid abouts and some good photo software for a fiver then you have done its worth it!

  7. The Fuji FinePix S700 and Canon SD770 are very capable cameras. Ideally you'd get a Nikon D-SLR like the D40, D40x, or D60, but those are quite a bit more money than a standard Point and Shoot.

Also remember that you can't always depend on a camera's auto mode, sometime you have to change settings yourself. Whenever I shoot I use manual mode. If you're interested in learning about all the settings on your camera there's a great book called Understanding Exposure that I've read... you should read it, here's a link to it: http://www.amazon.com/Understanding-Expo...

  8. If you're willing to shell out a good bit, by a Nikon DSLR, like the D40 or D40x.  If you're aren't willing to pay quite so much, hit up a Nikon Coolpix, any one will really do, they're all super-high quality cameras.
