  1. Mr Potato Head.

My daughter just turned 3 and she received all sorts of different presents at her party.  Out of everything like sidewalk chalk, bubbles and wands, babies and dolls, magna-doodle. and agua-doodle, she loves the "Mr. Potato Head set".  The one for pre-schoolers with the potato, corn and tomato figures.  Her sister who is 5 also loves the "Poppa-Corn" figure.

Another huge hit for her was her own purse with play cell phone, keys, makeup, and a "simulated" mp3 player.  My daughter is a "collector" so anything that can carry other things went well with her.  She also liked the "play stroller" for her "babies".

  2. play shoes or tiara and play earrings are a good choice. Hope this helps.

  3. Gardening tools (kid sized)

    original costumes (doctor, chef, etc)

    pets with fur to brush

    play food and cash register

    binoculars

My daughter is the classic 'girly-girl'. I don't want to sound too gender biased, but for her birthday she got clothes, shoes, jewelery, barbies and babydolls. The only thing she got that is gender neutral is a remote control car.

  4. How about a skateboard ?! Along with helmet and pads .

It is the perfect time for her to learn

  5. Depends what your budget is.

Dress-up clothes are great. You can get the Disney ones or the Barbie ones at WalMart (they have accessories, too), AND you can get the movie that corresponds with it. I do a movie and dress for every holiday now. My daughter loves them.

Butterscotch (or Smores) the pony. Its pretty expensive, but kids their age LOVE it... the way it moves is super realistic, and they can get on her back and everything...

So there are my two suggestions ;)

  6. Power Wheels http://www.fisher-price.com/us/powerwhee...

    Dolls

    Dress-up clothes/ jewelry

    Age-appropriate digital camera

  7. For my Daughter's 3rd b-day I bought her a Leapster.  It was the best $58 I EVER spent!  She loves it and all of the games are educational.  Dora is her favorite game.
