A really strange pain?

I have a really bad pain under my "cleavage" in my ribs and stuff. I took advil and it still hurts. What could it be?

Have you been lifting anything heavy or strained a muscle in that area in any other way?

I don't know how old you are, do you think it's your heart?

It could just be heartburn. I would say if it still hurts tomorrow, visit the doc.
