  1. Let xcm be the length,then

    x/67.8=104.85/23.3=>

    x=305.1cm


  2. Since the two rectangles are similar, they must have the same relative proportions, i.e., L1/W1 = L2/W2. Therefore, L2 = W2*L1/W1 = 104.85*67.8/23.3 . . . .

    So, L2 = 305.10 cm

  3. width of first rectangle = 23.3 cm

    length = 67.8 cm    

    width of 2nd rectangle = 104.85

    so ratio of widths   =  104.85/23.3 = 4.5  

    so ratio of lenghts should be 4.5



    ratio of lengths = L/67.8 = 4.5     (L = length of second rectangle)

    therefore L = 67.8*4.5 = 305.1 cm  

    length of rectangle = 305.1 cm
