  1. let w be width; then 2w is length  and area = 2w^2 = 6050

w^2 = 3025 and sad person that I am, I know the square root of this is 55 ft.  So dimensions are 55 by 110 ft.(NB I assume it means a fence round a rectangular area)

However, neither of these is exactly divisible by 7 and of course it is rectangular so needs a post at each corner.  I will assume that is an extra post.

the 110 length divided by 7 gives 15 remainder 5 - that needs to be rounded up to 16 sections of 7, but as the post needs to be at each end, 17 posts.  Another 17 posts for the other long side.

Now, the shorter sides already have posts at either end (ie the ends of the longer sections) and there are just under 8 7ft sections in 55 ft. So we need 7 posts for each of the two shorter sides.  48 posts.
