Do you prefer your men to be placid and shy or rather outspoken and forward?

Perhaps in between?

Any major turn offs regarding the general behavioural patterns or personality types in a man?

Any major turn ons?

  1. I would prefer in between, quietly self assured and an old-fashioned gentleman ,i don't like a person who is a womanizer, or so sure of his own 'attraction'  he wrongly thinks he is Gods gift to woman

  2. I prefer a confident and outspoken man. (having said that mine is the total opposite). But he mustn't be too arrogant or a Mr. Know It All.

I hate racist guys and neat-freaks, any obsessive behaviour (like his car, face cream or gel etc),

Major turns off is if he can laugh at himself (cause I cant), if he gets along with everybody, is surrounded by good friends, very supportive and very open-minded.

  3. Big and strong, but please.....

He must not "smell like a man"....

  4. A big turn off is a male chauvinist pig!!

A big turn on is a man who takes action and if he says he'll make something work he'll do just that! Or he'll die trying!

  5. I guess I would go for the in between.  I can't stand a know it all, someone materialistic, stuck on his looks, or to busy for family.   I love a guy who's gentle with children and respectful to his parents.

  6. In between. If I pick only one I prefer shy...but as long as he isnt shy with me. I dont like loud obnoxious guys...major turnoff!!!  But assertive is good, because women want a man who will stand up for them and be the leader and protector....as long as he is mature and not rude to others.

  7. I like an outspoken man, it tells me that he is confident and sure of himself and wont lie to me if he see's anything wrong, he'll be blunt.

I hate rude men, sexist types as well who have stone age opinions on women. I hate men who beat up on their women, live off them and can father kids but not be fathers to those kids.

I'm turned on by intellectuals, also artistic individuals who have ways with words, an instrument or canvass. also, I love a man who can cook, and also wine and dine a lady... clean dreads and side burns also do the trick :)

  8. In between. Confident and self-assured enough to speak his mind but not so arrogant that he doesn't listen to other people and just likes the sound of his own voice.

I don't like men who assume that their worth is in their material wealth and just go on and on about how much they earn and how important they are. Blah blah blah it's all about them etc Biggest turn off is bad manners and if they unnecessarily rude to people. For example they don't say please and thank you and are condescending to people doing them a service--retail assistants, waiters, valets/ car guards etc.

I like intelligent, successful men who are able to find a work-life balance and have hobbies and interests beyond their job. Passionate men who enjoy life.

  9. 1. I am an extrovert but like introverts and extroverts. I don't really mind, but would not like some one that is so shy that we have a monologue conversation all the time....because he is too shy to say a word.

    2. I do not like anything feminine in a man, that is a major turn off......a man that crosses his legs like a girl when sitting and speaking with a squeeky voice oh and a man that looks like a gorilla with black hair on his back or a man that is shorter than me that is shorter than 163 cm, that is a major turn off. I do not like a bragger or a guy who cannot braai.

    3. I like a man with a nice smile, that is kind to children and animals, who is in control and can make decisions.
