I've always wanted to try proper beluga caviar. (you know the really expensive stuff - is it really worth it?) Does anyone know a restaurant in Brisbane (or near Brisbane) that serves it.

Thanks

  1. A beluga is an intriguing beautiful marine mammal. Are you really that desperate to taste it's eggs??

  2. Hahaha Jaadu lied! If you're a marine biologist you'd know that the beautiful marine mammal you described, like most mammals doesn't lay eggs! Only two known mammals lay eggs the Echidna and the Platypus both native to australia. They belong to a special group of mammals known as monotremes.

Incidently, I don't know of any places in Brisbane that serve Beluga caviar, your best bet would be Astral in Sydney, I know they serve caviar. Even at the upmarket places in Brisbane, caviar is a scarce item to find.

  3. Yes, I know.
