I'm not a bride, but have a ring.

I have a tone, but do not sing.

I own a pad, but not a home.

You'll pay me more if you choose to roam.

Not that hard, but you have to explain each line to get the points.

    line 3-they have a dock thingy to charge them

    line-4 it costs more money to roam instead of calling in your area
