A science experiment to test how much coco is in chocolate?

does anyone know how to do a science test to see how much coco is actually in chocolate? if yes pls give references! thank u:)

This is a tough one.

Traditionally, the best you can do is determine the CBE (cocoa butter equivalent) in chocolate, using a linear regression analysis.  It isn't easy - the site below gives the gist of the task complexity:
