  1. you will need to add a credit card to your paypal account that has the same address as your shipping address

sellers do this because it protects them from fraud

  2. paypal is a way to pay on ebay. its like an account with your credit card info on it. ask the seller if they're willing to accept a money order.

  3. paypal is a great trustworthy site that keeps all your information like credit card info, shipping address, ect.

Some ebay sellers want to only trust information from this trusted site so they know they won't get cheated out. It is easy to make an account. Simply go to Paypal.com and start a new account. If you have a credit card and an adresss, you'll be fine. It seems that most Ebay members perfer to go through this trusted site only for payment.

if you don't have a credit or check or debit card, then you're outa luck for sellers that only work with paypal.

  4. confirm your account by confirming your bank account. They deposit like 2 cents into you bank account and provide a serial code. You put the code on a certain paypal page and your account is then confirmed

  5. It means that you need to have a Pay Pal account.  It is set up with your bank, so that when you purchase from him, you can authorize the agreed apon price you agreed to pay  him, to be deducted from YOUR paypal account, so he doesn't have to 'trust' you to send a check or something, and getting his money is delayed.

Set up your own Pay Pal account, if you plan on doing a lot of purchasing from Ebay.  Most sellers will want it used.
