How to get a glowing skin?Do BLOOD purifiers work?

    blood purifieres really do work, try drinking red wine it give shinging to your face... the good quality of red wine.. which u can get locally in ur place... its really worth it.. i tried and reaped the fruit....

    exercise regularly, eat fruits, drink a lot of water.

    get tanned a bit. but use sunscreen so u dont burn

    if you were also referring to your face, then use foundation tht is slightly darker than ur skin tone. also use a mineral bronzer to look sun kissed

  13. well simple tip is ...smoke 20 cigarettes a day..because cigarettes kill hunger and you will eat less and your body will produce less toxins... every supermodel does that...

  14. Yoga and jogging,fresh fruits and salads,3lts of water and a sound sleep.

    This regime is far more better than any other blood purifiers.Because in this blood gets its purity naturally.Yoga 30 mts and jogging 15mts is enough.Salad should be equal amount to your regular intake of your food.Fruits should be a must in your breakfast and lunch.

    For water take 1 1/2 l in early morning empty stomach and don't eat for another one hour.Remaining can be consumed in a day's time.If you do it regularly you' can have a good sleep in night.In a month watch your skin glowing.
