A site...forrr a custom wall mural! hollerr?

Question

soo I've been looking around for a wall mural i like, like a black and white street scene or some sort of city look, but not the normal new york city scape that everyone has.

Well anyways, i found a picture i like (http://i38.tinypic.com/2vx3ad1.jpg)

but i'm not sure which site to go with for using it to make a custom mural..

Any print will work like; canvas,vinyl,wallpaper,etc..

i'm just going for the lowest cost.

So if anyone's came across a site or had a custom mural made before. Could you share?
