A site that makes .Gif backgrounds transparent.?

There was a site I've seen before but now I can't find it . [ it was called Eisa or Asie or something like that?]

Anyway - I'm just liking for a site that can do online gif editing.

It would probably be easier if you get SOFTWARE to make your background transparent. I use Corel Photo-Paint, but Photoshop or ACDSee can do this too. It will be much more easier than using a web site.
