I need a site where I can transfrom a digital photo into a actual cartoon, i need a site that wont take up the internet, and wont harm my computer. Please it;s for an assignment that is worth 50% of my grade

there was a website where you could turn a photo of yourself into a Simpsons character but unfortunately i've forgotten the website. Try googling it.
