A small amount of icyhot muscle rub was used accidentally used as toothpaste, possibly a small amount was swallowed not much most likely. Poison control necessary?

no, not at all. if it was around a pea size or less you should be fine, the poison control is more necessary if a large amount of it is swallowed, such as 2in. or more of the squeeze. i think you should be ok, but if you do start having problems, unusual bowel movements (poops) then i would contact poison control "IMMEDIATELY".
