  1. say is the exam going to be an open or closed book test

  2. "will we able to see the book in the exam? or is it a closed book exam?"

  3. Weather means if it is raining, sunny, cloudy, etc. The word you wanted to use there was "whether"

You could use almost the same sentence that you've used here in your question.

"Will our exam be open or closed book?"

What you've said in your edit isn't correct. Don't use 'the' use 'a' or in this case, because the next word starts with a vowel, use 'an'

"Will it be an open book exam, sir?"

  4. Say "Is our exam going to be closed book or open book?"

or you can say "May I use my notes and my book for this exam?"

  5. Do we have an open book system sir, for our examinations?
