  2. just from sun exposure. freckles just appear all the time. you shouldn't worry about skin cancer unless it starts to look strange in color or feels weird, etc...

  4. Seriously, you need to see a doctor.  You might have skin cancer.  Moles that appear after a sunburn usually indicate a serious problem.  See a doctor asap.
