A software for tuning pictures!! Urgent!?

Please name picture, art tuning program, example is Adobe Photoshop, but is there better one existing....please name.

Photoshop is the favorite among most people - amateurs and professionals alike.  We loved Macromedia Fireworks which was bought out by Adobe and integrated into Photoshop.

Photoshop is the standard and arguably the best.

It depends what you actually want (manipulate photos or produce things from scratch) from the programme. If the photo side then PS elements, Paint shop Pro are good cheaper programmes and Gimp is a free programme.

Photoshop is the industry standard package, it the best and most widely used program that i know of
