A sony dvp s360

Question

when i put a dvd in the player the player won't play. the display shows the following C: 1300 PER THE MANUAL THE DVD IS DIRTY AND NEEDS TO BE CLEANED. I CLEANED IT AND ALSO PUT IN A NEW DVD & I GET THE SAME C: 1300. WHAT CAN I DO? THANK YOU
