A sore on the inside of my lower lip?

so i have a sore on the INSIDE of my lower lip. what is it? a canker sore? i've never had s*x, or given oral s*x. just kissed.. but i'm still worried about it. no one that i've kissed has had any type of sore on their mouth that ive seen. this is the second one ive gotten over a few months. ???

  1. If it is very painful and the mucous membrane is missing in that area, maybe it is herpes.

    There are many possible causes, though.

    You need to give some specifics.


  2. it could be a canker sore or it could be oral herpes. oral herpes (cold sores) can occur on the inside of the mouth as well as the out side. oral herpes can be passed on even when there are no signs of sores or symptoms.

    symptoms for oral herpes include itching, burning and or tingling sensations all at where the sore is. if it was on the out side dry and or chapped skin would also be symptoms.

    if your worried then get the sore tested.

  3. it may even be a silly as you've developed an allergy to your toothpaste. i had these for years, no doctor or dentist could tell me what it was. then i saw in herbal magazine that people can develop allergies to toothapste and mouthwash and i havent had them since! i'd recommend seeing your doctor though  

  4. It is a cancer.; swish around in your mouth salt water.it will hurt but it will be killing the bacteria
