There are still wild horses, even though most of the horse population has been domesticated. This must be a wild horse.

What exactly is your question? Lots of zoos have a &#039;familiar friends&#039; section, featuring domestic animals like horses, sheep, cows and so on - usually you can pet them and/or buy food to give them. There&#039;s nothing unusual about it.

There is also a species of wild horse, the Przewalski&#039;s horse, which is highly endangered and is therefore kept and bred in zoos. It looks like this:
