ok i was selling this guy a account for a game right though paypal.

he sent me the money before i even said ok im sure i want to sell it and he demanded the account or he whould sew but i did infact say i whould sell him it for 10$ . which is what he sent me. if i dont give him the account can he acutally sew/or press charges

    and if so all you have to say is that you didn't agreed to your account to him, email record will prove it, if you didn't said ok already...

  5. it would depend on the state, but in most I would say no. if you never agreed to the price, then there was no mutual agreement, and is not legally binding. and besides it would cost a lot more money to sew some one then ten dollars so It wouldn't matter.

  6. While he is sewing you, can you ask him to sew me a sweater?

  7. If there was no agreement, no - as long as you return his money.
