Question:

A strange blue grey mold is killing my squash leaves. What can I do?

they are small round circles of what looks like mold and they are killing whatever leaves they grow on. The plants are in the sun and dry for most of the day and I water in the morning,It's been about 5 days and spreading fast. The plant looks healthy otherwise. Thanks IA

  1. i would check the soil you may need calcium which you can get by adding lime and then mulching with a natural mulch not wood chips.  i would also make sure they are not so close that air cannot circulate between plants.


  2. put some crushed up egg shells for calicium this helps a lot....cut all the leaves that is sick and throw them out...get some soapy water and water them with it...all this will help, along with the first guy suggestion...
