well my school gymnastics team just started and for floor we use wrestling mats because we dont have enough money for an actual floor. So anywho i was doing front tucks on the mats and i noticed afterwards my foot began to increasingly hurt. i went to the trainer and he says hes pretty sure its a stress fracture. The team just started and i gotta make these practices if i wanna compete. should i stay off my foot though? I mean the pain is bareable to an extent. I wrap it with prewrap and tape while training but should i still train?
