substance B has low conductivity.Based on this information, What must be true regarding these two substances? A.Electrons in substance A are able to move more easily than electrons in substance B B.there is more energy stored in chemical bonds in sub stance A than there is in substance B C.the atomic nuclei in substanceA have more mass than the atomic nuclei in substance B D.Substance A contains a higher percentage of radioactive atoms than does substance B.

  1. A...assuming you mean electrical conductivity.

    There are two types:

    1. Electronic conductivity...current is carried by electrons flowing through the substance...more common in solids.

    2. Ionic conductivity...current is carried by charged ions moving through...more common in solutions and/or molten salts.

None of the others is correct.

  2. A. is the correct answer.

    Better conductivity results from

Electrons are more labile  ( easier to move )

Bonding Strength is Lower  ( Less energy stored in Chemical Bonds )

So ,  B. is not correct.

Smaller Nuclei  ( = Less positive charges to attract electrons )

Contain less Radioactive Nuclei  ( Which are Bigger Nuclei )

So ,  C. and D. are not correct.

Once you understand these logic ; Chemistry will be much easier.
