oh and on the box, it says that the raspberry leaf tea is good for menstrual cramps too! This stuff is a bit expensive though. Where I'm from it's $8/box of 20 tea bags. (just fyi)

  1. Sounds good, I might just try it. I love lemonade and raspberrys. Thank you.

  2. I heard that red leaf raspberry tea can help labour along.  I'm 37 weeks today and I think I'm gonna make this and drink up! :D Thanks!

  3. sounds Delicious

  4. Yummy! Sounds wonderful! Will definately give it a try! Thanks for sharing hun!

  5. Also for anyone's info - you can take this kind of tea, or any kind that you like and then put it in an ice maker, making tea ice cubes - then put them in a blender to make an icee/slushie.  It works really well for morning sickness for many people - especially if you like really really cold stuff but can't stand liquids :)

  6. You're making me thirsty! I just wanted to add that if you are in early pregnancy with a high risk for miscarriage you should probably try this with the orange pekoe for now, as red raspberry leaf is one of those herbs that isn't considered 100% safe for you yet. Enjoy your iced teas!
