if the tower is causing you medical problems, can you prove it? if yes, ask your neighbor to move it. if he refuses, file a lawsuit for 5 times the value of his house.

if there is no proof... your only "legal" recourse is to move.

remember, i said moving would be your only "legal" recourse.

personally, if someone were making me ill, & there was no legal recourse other than to move... I would try to drive them out of my neighborhood! if they have no respect for your health, they deserve whatever they get.
