Well according to Einstein yes, and no.

If you can go faster than the speed of lite you would be going faster than time. So going forward in time is possible. If you can find a way (and power source) to do this.

Going into the past is harder, you would need in theory a worm hole and a way to control it.

Most importantly you need a Flux Capacitor install it in a car......put some plutonium for a power source......then get up to 88 miles per hour in a car......WOOSH
