  1. It means that there is someone with your name and/or date of birth with a negative record  the worldwide CLASS (consular) database, but that the consular officer who interviewed you has already determined that you are not that person.  This means that when you arrive in the US, CBP will simply make sure that you are still you (through the photo and fingerprint you gave when you applied for the visa) and should admit you immediately.


  2. The notation is not meant for you - it is essentially an advisory message for the CBP officers.

  3. Applicant not same as entry means that the applicant is not the one on the application.
