Hey im 13, weigh 107 and am 5'4 tall, i need to get faster and stronger for football, i can only bench 70 lbs and i ran a 4.9 for the 40 yard dash, i know thats kinda fast but i want to get faster. any tips?

    follow em see what you can find

    Do you Youtube if not go to youtube sign up its free

    If you already do then under video search type in something like 40 yard dash --- improving 40 dash speed ect

    You shoul come acorss some videos that show different aspects

    Like Starting stance and running tips

    this should get you started

    Man your lookn at droping a lot of time

    speed work hips flexabity etc

    I ran a 4.5 best time as soph more in high school

  2. Dude, you're 13.  Just play the game and enjoy yourself...As long as you don't get lazy and fat you should get faster as you grow and your body matures.

    When you get into highschool, you can start with weights to build quickness and join the track team to build endurance.

  3. When I was playing Baseball,I'd swing bats in the swimming pool for hours.It increased my bat speed tremendously. Maybe running in the water could give you the same results.Just a thought.
