Ok, i've been looking for this certian porcelain doll which looks like this:

Anyone knows what's the name of the doll?

http://www.eluts.com/  Sells them, the type of doll is called a Lolita Soony with 16mm-C Cobalt eyes, by the look of it.  You can buy the eyes separately from the doll and pop them in afterwards for the look you want.  The hairstyle can also be altered with a wig, which you can purchase on the site right along with the new eyes.
