  1. There is no current frames available with disk brake mounts (in BMX they are considered to be too easily damaged by grinds, dropping the bike etc. There are, however, a few companies who will produce a custom frame, and may be able to include disk mounts. Two that come to mind are 'Solid BMX' and 9Built Bikes'

Th other option you could consider, is a bmx race frame, which will be able to fit a 'V-Brake' providing much more power than a traditional V-brake, and if set up right could be almost as powerful as a disk.

  2. Yep....haven't ever seen a bmx frame with disc mounts, and there are all kinds of reasons why.

I'd suggest that you look into a steel 26" urban jump frame...you can still do a LOT of the freestyle tricks on them and if you build them up right they'll be the same weight or less than a comparable bmx bike.  Many of them will take 24" wheels, too, if you want to stay small.  Some of them are set up for bmx bottom brackets, but you could always go with a euro adapter if they aren't, and still run a durable bmx crank.  There are plenty on the market....check out the ones from Atomlab, Blkmrkt, DaBomb, DMR, Fire Eye, and Transition.

Another option would be to look for a 20" mod trials frame that will accept a peg seat.  Many of them have disc mounts, but look closely to be sure, because most guys run hydraulic rim brakes on the rear in trials.  Choose one with as little of a bottom bracket rise as you can find (some of them are 20mm to 50mm positive, and that will make it really hard to pull a manual and get the bike up).

    Keep on rollin'.....good luck!  :o)
