A user is stealing and reposting my questions?

A user named "smart one" copied some of my questions word from word.Even though I deleted them and they were silly questions, I feel like that user has absolutely no permission to use my questions, and claim them as their own. What can I do?

  1. Make a record of the links to their questions. And write them down in an email and report them to Yahoo.
