What does "I didn’t say it as well as I should have" mean?I can't get it,it's too hard for me.Can anyone change it into centences that can easily be understood?

  5. "i didn not say it AS well as I should have." Means that Obama did not meet his expectation in delivering those words well. He wished he said it well..
