  1. Alcohol numbs our consciousness, so whatever is lurking underneath comes out, especially in a blackout. Either what comes out is our true self, or the opposite, and is not who we really are at all. I'm not sure which I agree with, but I do know most people are pretty embarrassed about their behavior afterward, myself included.

  2. Alcohol is a very powerful drug. It one of the highest killing drugs in the world. Mainly because of the way people react from it. it all depends on your tolerance of alcohol. Some people can go all night drinking and hardly be affected. Others meanwhile, will drink and not be able to control themselves. As it is a depressant, it shuts down your brain system and you loose control of what is right or wrong

  3. Alcohol is sometimes used as a  depressant.

It can be mood altering if you drink way too much.

You're tolerance level can drop to zero

If your friend wants to start fights, for no reason well.... better not compain when karma comes around.

  4. When you drink, you lose your inhibitions. He might want to fight when he's sober, but he holds it in. Sober, he's rational, drunk he's belligerent.

Alcohol affects people differently. But, it all comes down to inhibitions being released, because the person is very relaxed.
