  1. cod liver oil, vitamin e,glucosamine(it is highly recomended)

  2. When it comes to vitamins and the bones and joints it is always best to get some Liquid Calcium into you.  My doctor told me that anyone over 35 should be taking it.  You need to have the liquid type though as the other stuff can lead to kidney stones.  The liquid form absorbs into the blood quicker and will help with the pain.  It is also good for insomnia, irritability, panic attacks, muscle spasms or tremors, hypertension (high blood pressure) and depression.  He said that so many people have these symptoms and they don't understand that they are lacking in Calcium.  Liquid calcium with Vitamin D is very good.

Also for the outside of the body, I know that there are thousands of people in Australia (and now the UK) that swear by Elmore Oil.  It is an arthritic and muscular pain relief oil and is the fastest selling in Australia.  It is 100% natural and has a money back guarantee if not happy  The Chinese Olympic team are even using it in the run up to the Beijing games.  You can read the press release here http://medical.presslib.com/chiropractic...

I have put a few links in the box below for you.  Hope this helps.

  3. Not a vitamin, but you can try Glucosamine, CQ10 and fish oil capsules.

  4. Vitamin E and Omega 3 fish oils (I personally prefer Flaxseed) + Co-Q-10...+ some duretics...

  5. There is no vitamin to "lubricate" the joint. Glucosamine, chondroitin and MSM can be found in many health products and daily use may assist with maintaining joint mobility. Flaxseed oil with essential fatty acids can also be useful. Speak to your doctor if you are experiencing joint stiffness for more than a few days. Online advice available at link below...

  6. glucosamine

  7. The B-vitamins can help.  Do you eat a lot of salt?  That can cause joint soreness.
