A walk to remember and the notebook other nicholas sparks?

hey so ive seen both the notebook and a walk to remember and they are both amazing movies. I know that other books that are also by nicholas sparks are being made into movies too:

True Believer and At first sight.

Can someone who has read these 2 books explain what they are about ? Thanks :)

It's been awhile since I've read True Believer and I have't finished At First Sight, but both stories are intertwined. True Believer is about a paranormal columnist for a newspaper and a magazine in NY and he is sent to a small town in NC to investigate a phenomenon (ghost lights) in a cemetary. Where he meets a young librarian, who doesn't seem to want him there. Eventually they fall in love, but there are complications.

I don't want to give anything away, because it's such a great story.
