A wall from my tattoo is disapearing? PLEASE HELP?

Okay so i noticed a small wall on my tattoo (Cross) came off, and the scab was on my elbo, it looks like there is faint ink under it, what should I do!?!? Im so worried! will the artist do free little touch ups? im so mad, please someone give me some advice, its starting to scab to witch is normal but is it normal for a piece of the tattoo to come off?!?!?!

... So it's starting to scab, which you say is normal, and then you are saying that the scab falling off is NOT normal? How does that make sense?

When you get a tattoo, it becomes an open wound. It heals like a wound. It scabs, and then the scabs fall off. Sometimes some of the ink comes along with it. You haven't been picking, have you? That's the best way that you can avoid too much coming off.

I'm sure that getting a touch up will not be an issue.

Yes that is normal, and yes most places do free little touch ups.

Okay, it is normal for a tattoo to scab up while healing. Try to keep tattoo lotion on it to keep it moist but don't cover it. Try to stay away from soaking in water for too long and most definitely stay away from things that will dry your skin out (pools with chlorine). Most tattoo shops will do free touch ups (if they are respectable) but you will have to wait a while because they need to make sure that the tattoo is completely healed before adding more ink. The best place to get real answers though is from your tattoo artist.

dude first chill the color may come in and if not the artist doesn't want you to be upset and he will gladly fix

Just let it heal first so that you can actually see what is going on.  A tattoo artist won't touch it while it is still in the process of healing.  The ink is usually deeper so I wouldn't worry so much if I were you.  The scab probably just makes it look worse than it really is.

sounds like the needles weren't going deep enough and I'd see that it was redone...

I asked this question today, I got a tattoo behind my ear and it only took 4 days to start getting the scab off thismorning it started and when I washed it tonight most of it came off and it looks great. You should be able to get free touch ups if not very cheap.

if you get it touched up, use KERI lotion...my dad has always used that, hes covered in tat's

if the guy is cool and it will be free and it won't hurt to lie and say you want to get another one soon than they will think if i give this for free he i will come in for another one soon
