Question:

A way of watching television on your computer?

I know there is a way of watching television on your computer I think you need this dongle thing. does anyone know what they are called how i can get them how much they cost.

Also i dont know if it makes a difference but i live in the UK and i dont know if it matters but the thing has to be ready for the digital switchover.

Everything is in this thing.... so I now have all my music, a couple of my fav. vidieos, and all the goodies.... even my fav radio stations are programed in it!! so whenever I need to or want to lisen or watch anything !!!>>> BOOOM there it is..... I love it.

  5. get a video card with freeview. Mine cost about £40 and gets about 40 channels. once fitted all u do is plug it into the nearest ariel socket...... or remote ariel............yes u do need an ariel as it can pick up digital channels.

  6. It depends on what you want mate , you can recieve most sky channels, including big sporting events by downloading sopcast @ http//www.sopcast.com. Good luck buddy

  7. Go on ebay & you will find many. Usb or PCMCIA card type.

    You can even run a digi box through them. You must have an aerial though. Email me if I can help. I use my laptop & digi box in my caravan when I go away, all on 12 volt leisure battery.
