A website that is going to illegaly give away money?

All there doing is taking the MLB.com beat the streak and making there own giving out they say a $1,000 prize for the winner. No taxes= No deal. I hate the people who made this site and i want them to get in trouble. Please where can i contact the Government on this to get these guys in trouble. What will be there consequence?

If they give someone the money, it is the recipient that claims and pays the taxes on their income tax at the end of the year not them....

How can you "illegally give away money?"  Unless you put people in danger (throw money out on a busy freeway) you can give money away, anyway you want.

its the person that recieves the money thats responsible for paying the taxes. the people giving away money have no issues with taxes.
