  1. margaret i asked this last week and i honestly think he may have to..the midfield played well today and mendes is solid as a rock..he probably will get his place but i really don't see who will lose theirs..thompson and davis are also excellent..we have a fine midfield going now...we'll need to wait and see what happens

  2. 3 weeks ago we were gutted about having no midfield when we got booted out of europe. Now we are saying will our best player for the last 5 years get back in the team. Of course he will and probably further forward than he has played in the past. Oh happy days.

  3. drop adam, push thomson left, davies right and fergie n' mendes will run the show from the middle of the park.

  4. I rate Fergie highly and I think it will be a good thing for the team and Barry to have to fight his way back into a starting spot. We need all the class we can get as we are still a long way short of being a confident, consistently good team again.

When Celtic pipped Rangers last year for the title, they didn't really beat anyone outstanding which says a lot more about them than it did about the 'Gers. If we continue to improve, while Lawell, Strachan and their cronies continue to sit on their laurels, the SPL flag will easily fly in it's rightful place at Ibrox next season.

  5. i totally agree with bluebell the midfield was solid today obviously smith and ally will have to assess it over the next few weeks

  6. yes he will, but I said a wee while ago no player should expect to walk back into the first team after being out so long with injury.Captain or not he knows he has to fight for his place.

  7. yes!  maggie your phishing noo! lolf ....Baba will be back ,,,just gees us a bigger pull...! stronger team!...better players

  8. don't care we beat you papish b******s

  9. Yes but thats a good problem to have. :-)

  10. Of course he will, but a fully fit Barry Ferguson is still the best player we have.

  11. Fair point.  The midfield is really looking good at the moment.  Mendes has been a quality signing so far, Davis is creative, but I still feel Ferguson will be an automatic first choice.  It is all looking good, hope it lasts lol
